FuelCell Energy, Inc is a company highly involved with Fuel Cell power plants. Company flagship power plant is called Direct FuelCell. This power plant does not emit pollutants and very quiet when compared to traditional power plant. FuelCell Energy acquired German subsidiary in 2012 called FuelCell Energy Solutions, GmbH as well another Fuel Cell company called Versa Power Systems, Inc. It works very closely with Fraunhofer IKTS based in Germany.
